摘 要:目的:探讨可视化宣教在外科门诊换药护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年8月于南京医科大学附属南京医院(南京市第一医院)外科门诊换药的患者106例作为研究对象,采用抽签法分为对照组和实践组,各53例。对照组实施常规护理干预,实践组在对照组基础上实施可视化宣教干预。比较两组健康认知水平、心理状态和疼痛状况。结果:护理前,两组疾病认知、换药认知、护理认知评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组疾病认知、换药认知、护理认知评分高于护理前,且实践组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组SDS、SAS评分低于护理前,且实践组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组VAS评分低于护理前,且实践组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:可视化宣教在外科门诊换药护理中的应用效果显著,能够提高患者健康认知水平,减轻抑郁焦虑程度,缓解疼痛。Objective:To explore the application effect of visual education in dressing change nursing in surgical outpatient department.Methods:A total of 106 patients undergoing dressing change in the surgical outpatient department of Nanjing First Hospital,Nanjing Medical University(Nanjing First Hospital)were selected as the study objects from January 2020 to August 2022,and were divided into control group and practice group,with 53 patients in each group by drawing lots.The control group implemented routine nursing intervention,and the practice group implemented visual education intervention based on the control group.Health cognition,mental state and pain status were compared between the two groups.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in disease cognition,dressing cognition and nursing cognition scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the scores of disease cognition,dressing cognition and nursing cognition in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and those in the practice group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in self-rating depression Scale(SDS)score and self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the SDS and SAS scores of the two groups were lower than before nursing,and the practice group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in visual analogue scale(VAS)between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,VAS score of the two groups was lower than before nursing,and the practice group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of visual education in dressing change nursing in surgical outpatients is significant,which can improve the health cognition level of patients,reduce the degree of depression and anxiety,and relieve pain.
