基于泽泻汤方证探讨眩晕痰饮证的临床治疗

摘　　要：眩晕是由多种病因引起以目眩、头晕为主要临床表现的一类病证,严重影响生活质量。泽泻汤出自汉代张仲景的《金匮要略》,是用于治疗眩晕的有效方剂,本文介绍泽泻汤的适用方证、药物比例和临床加减,并附验案,旨在分享临床基于泽泻汤方证治疗眩晕痰饮证的体会。Vertigo is a kind of disease with dizziness and dizziness as the main clinical manifestation caused by a variety of causes,which seriously affects the quality of life.Rhizoma Alismatis decoction comes from the synopsis of the Golden Chamber of Zhang Zhongjing in the Han Dynasty,it is an effective prescription for the treatment of vertigo.This paper introduces the applicable syndrome,drug proportion and clinical addition and subtraction of Rhizoma Alismatis decoction.The purpose of this paper is to share the clinical experience in the treatment of vertigo phlegm and drink syndrome based on the syndrome of Rhizoma Alismatis decoction.
