摘　　要：老年性骨质疏松症(SOP)是一类与增龄密切相关的骨骼疾病,已成为中老年人群的常见病、多发病。发病率随年龄增长不断增加,严重影响生活质量及身心健康。中医认为肾虚骨髓失养是SOP发病的根本病因,血瘀加重肾虚是SOP发病的重要因素,肾虚血瘀相兼贯穿SOP发生发展的各个阶段。本文基于“肾虚血瘀”是SOP的主要中医病机理论,结合老年人群的中医体质特征,探讨补肾壮骨方对SOP的治疗作用及意义。Senile osteoporosis(SOP)is a kind of skeletal disease closely related to aging,which has become a common and frequentlyoccurring disease in middle-aged and elderly people.The incidence increases with age,which seriously affects the quality of life and physical and mental health.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that kidney deficiency and bone marrow loss is the fundamental cause of SOP,blood stasis aggravates kidney deficiency is an important factor in the pathogenesis of SOP,kidney deficiency and blood stasis runs through all stages of the occurrence and development of SOP.Based on the theory that"kidney deficiency and blood stasis"is the main TCM pathogenesis of SOP,combined with the TCM physical characteristics of the elderly,this paper discusses the therapeutic effect and significance of Bushen Zhuanggu recipe on SOP.
