摘　　要：介绍崔云教授辨治前列腺癌内分泌治疗不良反应的临床经验。内分泌治疗是前列腺癌重要的治疗手段之一,在控制肿瘤的同时也会带来相关不良反应。崔云教授以“乙癸同源”理论诠释前列腺癌内分泌治疗的不良反应的根本原因,认为肝肾两亏是相关不良反应的根本病因,少阳枢机不利为其重要病机,故以补益肝肾为治疗的基本原则,运用二至丸、四物汤、六味地黄丸等合方滋养其本,采用柴胡类方和解其标,以收良效。This article introduces the clinical experience of Professor CUl Yun treating adverse reactions caused by endocrine therapy for prostate cancer based on syndrome differentiation.Endocrine therapy is one of the most important treatments for prostate cancer,which can bring about adverse reactions while controlling tumor.Professor CUl Yun interprets the root cause of adverse reactions caused by endocrine therapy for prostate cancer with the theory of"yi and gui are from the same source",and believes that the liver and kidney depletion is the root cause of related adverse reactions,and dysfunction of shaoyang pivot movement is its important pathogenesis.Therefore,supplementing and boosting the liver and kidney is the basic principle of treatment,the combination of Erzhi Pills,Siwu Decoction and Liuwei Dihuang Pills is applied to nourish its root,and Bupleuri Radix categorized formula is applied to harmonize its symptoms,soas toachievegoodresults.
