摘　　要：介绍陈志强从虚瘀论治慢性前列腺炎的经验。陈志强治疗慢性前列腺炎强调辨病时结合新病和久病、局部辨证和微观辨证,以瘀为首发病因,瘀贯穿疾病始终,久病以虚为主,虚瘀夹杂。治疗时运用清、化、通、补四法,即清热化瘀以通络、行气化瘀以通络、活血化瘀以通络、补虚化瘀以通络,处处顾护脾胃,配合改变不良生活习惯,达到防治结合、标本兼治之功。This paper introduces CHEN Zhiqiang's experience in treating chronic prostatitis from deficiency and stasis based on syndrome differentiation.In the treatment of chronic prostatitis,CHEN Zhiqiang emphasized the combination of new-onset illness and prolonged illness,and of local syndrome differentiation and microscopic syndrome differentiation.The disease starts with stasis and stasis continues throughout the disease.Prolonged illness is dominated by deficiency,and reflects deficiency-excess complex.In the treatment,CHEN Zhiqiang uses the four methods of clearing,transforming,unblocking and supplementing,that is,clearing heat and dissolving stasis to unblock collaterals,moving qi and dissolving stasis to unblock collaterals,invigorating blood and dissolving stasis to unblock collaterals,and supplementing deficiency and dissolving stasis to unblock collaterals.He also takes care of the spleen and the stomach,and combines with changing bad living habits,so as to achieve the combination of prevention and treatment,and treat the root and branch simultaneously.
