摘　　要：胡志俊教授将腰椎间盘突出症的病机总结为“虚损为本,瘀毒为标”,虚、瘀、毒三者逐渐进展而又互相影响,最终形成虚、瘀、毒三者互致的病机演变状态。辨证论治,结合患者就诊时的疾病状态,予以疏筋解结化瘀毒、益肾壮骨补内虚等法治疗,并创复元康体操指导患者功法锻炼,临床疗效显著。Professor HU Zhijun summarized the pathogenesis of lumbar disc herniation as"deficiency and impediment as the root,stasis and toxin as the branch".Deficiency;stasis and toxin gradually progress and influence each other,and finally the pathogenesis evolution of deficiency,stasis and toxin is formed.In the treatment of the disease based on syndrome differentiation,the state of patients when they are visiting is also combined,and the treatment methods of relaxing the sinews and releasing masses to dissolve stasis and toxin,and boosting the kidney and strengthening bones to supplement internal deficiency are adopted.Meanwhile Fuyuan Kangti Exercise has been created to guide patients to exercise,withsignificant clinicaleffect.
