摘  要:为研究隧道衬砌结构中密贴型防水层界面的力学特性,根据隧道喷膜防水衬砌结构的特点,采用粘结强度试验和压剪试验探讨聚合物防水膜复合试件的界面剪切-滑移力学行为和特性。通过粘结强度试验绘制3种类型防水膜的拉伸应力-位移曲线,通过压剪试验绘制界面剪切应力-位移曲线,基于试验结果曲线计算得到防水层的界面参数,包括剪切强度、残余剪切强度、剪切模量、剪切滑移能量和剪切失效位移,并讨论防水材料性能和法向压应力对这些参数的影响。结果表明,防水层界面的剪切-滑移特性主要受防水材料特性和法向压应力的影响,防水材料特性对界面剪切强度和剪切模量的影响较大,而残余剪切强度、剪切滑移能量和剪切失效位移则受到法向压应力的影响更多。To provide foundational data support and reference to the study of the mechanical properties of a closely adhered waterproof layer interface in tunnel lining structures,bond strength and pressure-shear tests are conducted based on the characteristics of a spray-applied waterproof tunnel lining structure to investigate the interfacial shear-slip mechanical behavior and properties of polymer waterproof membrane composite specimens.Based on the bond strength tests,the tensile stress-displacement curves of three types of waterproof membrane materials are plotted;and based on the pressure-shear tests,the interfacial shear stress-displacement curves are obtained.On the basis of the experimental-result curves,the interfacial parameters of the waterproof layer are calculated,including the shear strength,residual-shear strength,shear modulus,shear-slip energy,and shear failure displacement,and the influence of the material properties and normal pressure on these parameters is discussed.The results indicate that the shear-slip characteristics of the waterproof layer interface are mainly influenced by the type of waterproof membrane material and normal pressure.The material properties of different types of waterproof membranes exert a greater effect on the interfacial shear strength and shear modulus,whereas the residual-shear strength,shear-slip energy,and shear failure displacement are more affected by the normal stress.
