摘 要:为研究强降雨下山洪与漫坝耦合灾害对下游居民的影响程度和范围,应用HEC-RAS软件构建暴雨山洪与山坪塘漫坝多灾害耦合模型。首先,以重庆市巴南区某山坪塘为研究对象,根据巴南区暴雨强度公式设计不同重现期的降雨雨型;其次,借助数字高程数据对山坪塘进行原始构建,采用参数化模型对溃坝楔口参数进行预测,结合物理溃坝机制模拟漫坝过程;最后,选取洪水深度、洪水流速和洪水滞留时间等3个评价指标进行洪水风险分析。研究结果表明,突发强降雨下的山洪形成迅速且山坪塘发生漫坝的机率极大;山坪塘漫坝会加重附近区域的洪水风险等级。In order to study the impact degree and scope of coupling hazards caused by mountain flood and dam overflow on downstream residents under heavy rainfall,HEC-RAS software was used to construct a multi-disaster coupling model of mountain flood and dam overflow in Shanping pond.Firstly,taking a Shanping pond in Banan District of Chongqing as the research object,several rainfall patterns of different recurrence periods were designed according to the rainstorm intensity formula in Banan District.Secondly,with the help of digital elevation data,the original construction of Shanping pond is carried out,the parameters of dam overflow wedge are predicted by parametric model,and the dam overflow process is simulated by the physical dam overflow mechanism.Finally,the flood risk analysis is carried out by selecting three evaluation indexes:flood depth,velocity and retention time.The results show that under the sudden heavy rainfall,the mountain flood forms rapidly and the probability of dam overflow in Shanping pond is great.The overflow dam of Shanping pond will increase the flood risk level in the nearby area.
