坤泰胶囊治疗萎缩性阴道炎的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究坤泰胶囊治疗萎缩性阴道炎的临床效果,为萎缩性阴道炎的治疗和预防复发提供方案。方法选取2020年3月-2021年10月天津市武清区人民医院妇科门诊首次诊断为萎缩性阴道炎的患者200例,按照随机双盲法,分为对照组和观察组各100例。对照组给予普罗雌烯阴道胶丸(1次/d,1粒/次,连续用药20d)和甲硝唑栓(1次/d,1粒/次,连续用药10d);观察组在对照组基础上给予坤泰胶囊(3次/d,4粒/次)口服,疗程84d。用药6周后比较两组治疗有效率;用药12周后对两组患者进行随访,比较两组的复发率及不良反应发生率。结果用药6周后,观察组治疗总有效率为93.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.070,P<0.05)。用药12周后,观察组的复发率为22.00%,低于对照组的43.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.804,P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论坤泰胶囊治疗萎缩性阴道炎的临床效果明显,可有效预防和延缓萎缩性阴道炎的复发,明显改善患者临床症状并且不增加不良反应发生率。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Kuntai capsule in the treatment of atrophic vaginitis,and to provide a scheme for the treatment and prevention of recurrence of atrophic vaginitis.Methods A total of 200 patients diagnosed with atrophic vaginitis for the first time in the gynecological clinic of Tianjin Wuqing District People's Hospital from March 2020 to October 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group,with 100 cases in each group,according to random double-blind method.The control group was given promestriene vaginal capsules(once/d,1 tablet/time,for 20 days)and metronidazole suppository(once/d,1 tablet/time for 10 days).On the basis of control group,the observation group was given Kuntai capsules(3 times/d,4 tablets/time)orally for 84 days.After 6 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of the two groups was compared.After 12 weeks of treatment,the two groups were followed up to compare the recurrence rate and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results After 6 weeks of medication,the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.00%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(x*=9.070,P<0.05).After 12 weeks of medication,the recurrence rate of the observation group was 22.00%,which was lower than 43.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(x?=8.804,P<0.05).There was no statistical significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Kuntai capsules had significant clinical effects in the treatment of atrophic vaginitis,which could effectively prevent and delay the recurrence of atrophic vaginitis,significantly improve the patient's clinical symptoms without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions.
