均布载荷作用下正交异性组合简支梁的弹性理论和数值研究

摘  要:正交异性材料组合简支梁可以发挥由一种材料组合而成的单根梁所无法比拟的优势。文章采用弹性力学中的半逆解法,首先,基于弹性力学的基础假设,推导出了在均布载荷作用下正交异性组合简支梁的应力分析解析式。然后,运用ANSYS软件进行模型的数值模拟。将ANSYS模拟得到的结果与理论解析解的求解计算结果进行比较,进一步佐证理论解析解的可行性和准确性。最后,根据所研究的内容和结果对未来的研究方向进行展望,并对实际工程中的应用提出了一些比较合理的建议。An orthotropic material combination simply supported beam can utilize advantages that couldn t be achieved by a single beam made of one material combination.In this paper,the semi-inverse method in the field of elasticity mechanics was used.Firstly,based on the fundamental assumptions of elasticity mechanics,the stress analysis analytical expression of the orthotropic material combination simply supported beam under uniformly distributed load was derived.Then,the numerical simulation of the model was performed using ANSYS software.The results obtained from the ANSYS simulation were compared with the calculated results of the theoretical analytical solution to further validate the feasibility and accuracy of the theoretical analytical solution.Finally,based on the research content and results,future research directions were proposed,and some reasonable suggestions for practical engineering applications were put forward.
