摘　　要：太极推手是中华传统武术众多形式的其中一种,在公安院校有广阔的发展及应用前景。文章采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等对太极推手在公安院校课程设置的必要性、面临的挑战以及优化路径进行研究,以期为太极推手课程的发展提供参考,为优化教学效果提供借鉴。Tai Chi hand-pushing exercise is one of the many forms of traditional Chinese Wushus,which has broad prospects for the development and Application in public security colleges.The article uses literature review,logical analysis,and other methods to study the necessity,challenges and optimization path of Tai Chi hand-pushing exercise curriculum in public security colleges,providing reference for the development of Tai Chi hand-pushing exercise curriculum and optimizing teaching effectiveness.
