摘　　要：风电领域锚栓笼组合件团体标准T/CRES0018-2023《风力发电机组预应力基础锚栓笼组合件技术规范》于2023年10月正式发布,规定了锚栓笼组合件的通用要求、安装要求及张拉要求,为陆上风力发电机组预应力基础锚栓笼组合件的设计、安装和张拉提供依据。本文介绍了该团体标准研制背景与意义、任务来源及制定过程,并详细解读了标准的主要内容,分析了标准的实施效果及后续工作建议,旨在促使相关方更好地理解该标准内容及使用该标准,推动该标准的广泛应用。T/CRES0018-2023,Wind turbine—Technical specification for prestressed foundation anchor cage assemblies,the association standard about anchor cage assemblies in wind power generation field,was officially released in October 2023,which stipulated the general requirements,installation requirements and tensioning requirements of anchor cage assembly,providing a basis for the design,installation and tension of anchor cage assembly of prestressed foundation for onshore wind turbine.This paper introduces the background and significance,task source,and formulation process of the group standard,main contents and basis of the association standard,and analyzes the implementation effect of the standard and suggestions for follow-up work,aiming at promoting the relevant parties to understand the content and use the standard better,and promoting its wide application.
