摘 要:目前,我国电力现货市场建设加快推进,发电企业生产经营模式正发生重大变革。在以火电为主的电力现货市场中,水电往往以价格接受者方式参与市场,而以水电为主的电力市场,受丰枯发电能力差异大、梯级电站耦合关系复杂等因素影响,现货市场具有新的特点和技术挑战。以全国水电现货试点——四川电力现货市场为例,对水电现货市场特性及市场竞价面临的难点问题进行分析,并结合工作实践提出具体解决方案。Currently,the construction of China's electricity spot market is being accelerated,and significant changes are occurring in the production and operation models of power generation enterprises.In the electrici⁃ty spot market dominated by thermal power,hydropower often participates in the market as a price taker.However,in the electricity market dominated by hydropower,due to factors such as significant differences in generation capacity between raining and dry seasons and the complex coupling relationship between cascade hydropower stations,the spot market exhibits new characteristics and technical challenges.Taking the pilot hy⁃dropower spot market-Sichuan Electricity Spot Market as an example,this paper analyzes the characteris⁃tics of hydropower spot market and the difficulties faced in market bidding,and proposed specific solutions based on practice.
