摘　　要：位于西南边陲的云南大学,作为云南的第一所高等学府,初建时的会泽院主楼代表了当时云南最高建筑水平。会泽院的研究对云南的教育发展、历史文化和文物管理具有重要意义。文章采用文献研究、档案馆调研、访谈和实地调查等方法,以会泽院为研究对象,系统梳理了云南大学运行机制及各方互动模式在会泽院筹备、建设和修缮过程中的作用,探讨不同管理机制对于修缮及保护的影响。最后针对会泽院作为新古典式建筑、文物双重身份,研究其现今工程管理制度,并提出会泽院文物保护管理建议。Located in the southwestern borderlands,Yunnan University was the first institution of higher learning in Yunnan,and the main building of Huizeyuan,when initially constructed,represented the highest level of architecture in Yunnan at that time.The research of Huizeyuan is of great significance to the educational development,history,culture and cultural relics management of Yunnan.Employing literature review,archival research,interviews and field investigations,this paper focuses on Huizeyuan to systematically analyze the role of Yunnan University’s operating mechanism and the dynamics of interaction among various parties during the planning,construction and renovation of Huize Institute,and discusses the impact of diverse management approaches on its renovation and protection.Finally,recognizing the dual identity of Huizeiyuan as new classical architecture and cultural relics,this paper evaluates its current project management system,and proposes recommendations for the conservation and management of Huizeiyuan’s heritage.
