摘 要:秦沈客运专线西起河北省秦皇岛市,东出山海关,穿越辽河平原,终至辽宁省省会沈阳市,全长404.6km,1999年8月开工建设,2003年1月交付试运行,是我国第一条自行设计施工,设计速度为200km/h(线下预留250km/h)的客运专线,也是我国第一条高速铁路。本文回顾介绍了秦沈客运专线的建设标准确定、工程建设施工、动车组研发制造和客运专线的综合试验,阐释了秦沈客运专线在运输组织和沿线经济发展的重要作用,以及在中国高速铁路发展历程中的战略价值。The Qinhuangdao-Shenyang Passenger Dedicated Line starts from Qinhuangdao City in Hebei Province in the west,exits from the Shanhaiguan in the east,crosses the Liaohe Plain,and ends at Shenyang,the capital of Liaoning Province.With a total length of 404.6km,construction commenced in August 1999,and the line was delivered for trial operation in January 2003.It is the first passenger dedicated line in China that was independently designed and constructed with a design speed of 200km/h(with a reserved speed of 250km/h for future upgrades)and is also the country's first high-speed railway.This article reviews and introduces the determination of construction standards,engineering construction,the R&D and manufacturing of train sets,and comprehensive testing of the passenger dedicated line.It elaborates on the significant role of the Qinhuangdao-Shenyang Passenger Dedicated Line in transport organization and the economic development along the line,as well as its strategic value in the development history of China's high-speed railways.
