浅谈调速器液压系统故障分析及改造方法

摘  要:基于新一代电站调速器液压系统能够降低其内部磨损,提高设备的安全稳定运行水平,本文详细介绍了某电站调速器液压系统存在设备内部磨损严重的问题,经对其调速器液压系统机械部分进行升级改造,优化了先导控制,能够避免机组运行过程中因先导控制油路问题或因先导控制油供油不足引起接力器向开方向动作;如果出现先导控制油路及供油不足故障,接力器可向关机方向动作,从而保障了设备运行的安全、稳定性。In the hydraulic system of the governors in a hydropower station,serious internal wear is observed.While,the new generation governor hydraulic system can reduce the internal wear and improve the safe and stable operation level of the equipment.Thus,upgrading and renovation are carried out in the mechanical components of the governor hydraulic system.The pilot control is optimized to prevent the servomotor from moving in the open direction during the operation of the unit in case of problems of the pilot control oil circuit or insufficient supply of the pilot control oil.In case of the malfunction of the pilot control oil circuit or insufficient oil supply,the servomotor can move in the direction of shutdown,thereby ensuring the operation safety and stability of the equipment.
