摘  要:针对以往洪涝治理研究多集中在城市化对径流特性影响分析、洪涝模拟以及洪涝治理系统上层方案等问题,选取具有代表性的珠海滨海山地老城区,分析其山洪入城、内排不畅、海潮倒灌等致涝成因,构建“完善系统、高水高排、低水低排、自排为主、泵排为辅、蓄水利用、挡潮错峰”等举措于一体的高标准、精细化、系统化洪涝治理系统,同时针对山洪水并联调蓄规模、山地截洪沟规模、山水入城后市政雨水管网规模、路面排水过流能力校核以及滨海区闸泵联合调度调洪演算等论证方法进行系统梳理及适应性分析,以期对类似区域洪涝灾害防治提供经验借鉴。In view of the fact that flood control in the past mostly focused on the analysis of the impact of urbanization on runoff characteristics,flood simulation and upper-level planning of flood control system,this study selected representative old coastal mountainous areas to analyze the causes of floods,such as mountain floods entering the city,poor internal drainage,and sea tide backflow,and constructed a high-standard,refined and systematic flood control system integrating various measures such as‘improving the system,high water and high drainage,low water and low drainage,self-drainage,supplemented by pump drainage,water storage and utilization,and tide blocking and peak shifting‘.At the same time,in view of the many misunderstandings and problems in the previous planning and design,such as the scale of mountain flood parallel storage,the scale of mountain flood interception ditch,the scale of municipal rainwater pipe network after mountain and water entering the city,the check of pavement drainage capacity and the flood control calculation of joint operation of sluice and pump in coastal area,the demonstration methods are systematically sorted out and the adaptability analysis is carried out in order to provide experience for the prevention and control of flood disasters in similar areas.
