论纪检监察学概念体系的建构

摘　　要：概念是构建纪检监察学的基石,具有规范学科发展、阐明纪检监察原理、指引纪检监察实践、提升反腐败话语影响力等功能。马克思主义监督思想、中华优秀传统文化中的监察思想和廉政文化、百年纪检监察理论与制度实践创新滋养和丰富了纪检监察学的内涵,构成该学科概念的重要来源。同时,纪检监察学作为一门新兴综合性学科,有必要吸纳其他关联学科的部分概念并借鉴其概念建构方法。基于纪检监察学概念的使命任务和建构标准、方法,纪检监察学概念体系宜以“纪检监察”为核心概念,以自我革命、纪律检查、国家监察、廉政、党和国家监督体系为基本概念,以纪检监察理论、纪检监察制度、纪检监察实践为基本范畴,以各范畴下的若干一般概念为支撑。由此形成的纪检监察学概念研究方法论,能够有效揭示纪检监察原理、把准学科发展规律,推动纪检监察工作和纪检监察学科高质量发展。Concept is the cornerstone of the subject of discipline inspection and supervision,which has the functions of standardizing the development of the subject,explaining the principles of discipline inspection and supervision,guiding the practice of discipline inspection and supervision,and enhancing the influence of anti-corruption discourse.TheMarxist supervision thought,theculture of integrity and supervisory thought in Chinese fine traditional culture,and the innovations of the century-old discipline inspection and supervision system and practice have nourished and enriched the connotation of the subject of discipline inspection and supervision,and have become important sources of the concept of the subject.At the same time,as an emerging comprehensive discipline,discipline inspection and supervision must absorb some concepts from other related disciplines and learn from their methods of concept construction.Based on the mission,tasks,construction standards and methods of the concepts of discipline inspection and supervision,the concept system of the subject should take"discipline inspection and supervision"asthe core concept,self-revolution,disciplinary inspection,state supervision,clean government,and the party and state supervision system as the basic concepts,and theory,system,and practice of discipline inspection and supervision as basic fields,and several general concepts in each field as support.The conceptual research methodology can effectively reveal the principles of discipline inspection and supervision,identify the development rules of the discipline,and thus promote high-quality development of the work and the subject of discipline inspection and supervision.
