摘　　要：目的:探究童年创伤与神经质之间的关系,以及性别因素对两者关系的调节作用。方法:1285名临床心理科门诊患者完成了儿童期创伤问卷简表和大五人格量表修订版神经质分量表。将童年创伤不同类型和神经质不同特质作为节点纳入,使用R软件进行网络分析。结果:总样本中,情感虐待是强度和桥强度最高的创伤类型,抑郁是强度最高的神经质特质。男性样本中,冲动性与愤怒性敌意特质是重要桥接节点;而女性样本中,自我意识与抑郁特质是重要桥接节点。结论:尽早识别和干预情感虐待并重点关注儿童期受虐者的抑郁特质具有重要意义。此外,应重点关注男性受虐者与外化情绪相关的特质和女性受虐者与内化情绪相关的特质,进行差异化干预。Objective:To examine how childhood trauma is related to neuroticism,specifically explore the moderation of gender on the relationship between childhood trauma and neuroticism.Methods:A total of 1285 outpatients from psycho-logical clinics completed the Childhood Trauma Questionnaire-Short Form and the Neuroticism subscale of NEO Personali-ty Inventory-Revised.Different types of childhood trauma and different facets of neuroticism were included as nodes and network analysis were performed using R sofware.Results:Emotional abuse exhibited the highest strength and bridge strength among the trauma types,while the depression facet of neuroticism exhibited the highest strength.In the male sam-ple,impulsiveness and angry hostility facets of neuroticism were identified as bridge nodes,while in the female sample,self-consciousness and depression facets of neuroticism were identified as bridge nodes.Conclusion:Emotional abuse should be identified and intervened as early as possible,with a specific focus on the depression facet of neuroticism among childhood maltreatment survivors.Furthermore,tailored interventions for male survivors should emphasize facets related to externalizing emotions,while interventions for female survivors should target facets related to internalizing emotions to en-hance mental health outcomes.
