摘  要:程潮铁矿-500 m中段矿体回采进入尾声,即将进入-570 m中段回采,针对-570 m中段矿体开采无法保证生产需求等问题,以程潮铁矿-570 m中段、-675 m中段矿体与围岩为研究对象,研究以不同开采方案开采矿体后对地表稳定性的影响,借助MIDAS软件建立三维数值模型,并采用三维有限差分软件对不同开采方案下地表岩层移动进行仿真模拟分析与研究,基于数值模拟结果对采场应力分布进行分析,并提出稳定性建议。结果表明:程潮铁矿深部矿体开采对地表的影响主要在矿体正上方,地表沉降大小与距离塌陷坑的距离成反比,-570 m中段与-675 m中段的矿体以49线为分界设隔离矿柱,矿柱西侧充填东侧崩落开采时能达到地表稳定性与经济效益的动态平衡。The mining of the-5oo m middle section ore body in Chengchao Iron Mine is coming to an end and is about to enter the mining stage of the-570 m middle section ore body.Only mining the-570 m middle section ore body cannot guarantee the production demand.In order to ensure production capacity demand,taking the middle section of-570 m and-675 m ore bodies and surrounding rocks of Chengchao Iron Mine as research objects,the impact of mining different mining schemes on surface stability was studied.A three-dimensional numerical model was established using MIDAS software,and the three-dimensional finite difference software was used to simulate and study the surface rock movement caused by underground mining under different mining schemes.Based on the numerical simulation results,the stress distribution of the mining site was analyzed and stability suggestions were proposed.The results show that after the deep mining of the Chengchao Iron Mine,the main impact of deep mining on the surface is directly above the ore body,and the size of surface subsidence is inversely proportional to the distance from the collapse pit.The ore bodies in the middle section of-570 m and-675 m are separated by a 49 line as separation pillar.When the western side of the pillar is filled and the eastern side is collapsed for mining,it can achieve a dynamic balance between surface stability and economic benefits.
