摘 要:采用ER80S-G焊丝在焊前不预热的条件下对调质态40Cr钢进行电弧增材修复,模拟转向架牵引拉杆局部缺陷的挖补,对比分析了脉冲冷焊和常规TIG焊两种工艺在堆焊结合强度、微观组织、硬度分布以及对热影响区性能的影响程度等方面差异。结果表明:脉冲冷焊和TIG焊的堆焊层都结合良好,热影响区均未发现冷裂纹。脉冲冷焊的热输入较低,焊后冷却速度快,热影响区窄,试件焊后的角变形量仅为TIG焊的1/6,堆焊层和热影响区的晶粒比TIG焊细小,强度和硬度都高于TIG焊。虽然脉冲冷焊的熔覆效率低,但补焊的连接强度高、变形小、对母材性能的影响小,比TIG焊更适合于转向架牵引拉杆的局部增材修复。The ER80S-G welding wire was used in this work to weld and repair the quenched and tempered 40Cr steel without preheating.The repair of local defects in the traction rod of the bogie was simulated,and the differences between pulse cold arc welding(PCAW)and traditional TIG welding processes were compared and analyzed in terms of repair welding bonding strength,microstructure,hardness distribution,and the degree of influence on the performance of the heat affected zone(HAZ).The results showed that the repaired welding layers of PCAW and TIG joints were well bonded,and no cold cracks were found in the HAZs.The PCAW method with a lower heat input exhibits a faster cooling rate,a narrower HAZ and only 1/6 angular deformation of that TIG welding.Moreover,the PCAW welding joint shows a higher strength and hardness attributed to finer grains formed in the welding zone and HAZ,compared to the TIG welding joint.Despite having a lower cladding efficiency,the PCAW welding is more suitable for locally repairing the bogie traction rods due to the higher joining strength,smaller distortion,and minimal impact on the performance of the base material.
