摘 要:随着高品位铜矿日趋枯竭,铜冶炼原料越来越复杂,杂质元素过高导致产品铜的品质低,而CaO是铜熔炼过程中常用的造渣剂,对渣含铜以及杂质元素的脱除都有重要影响.研究了富氧熔炼生产高品位冰铜过程中CaO对渣含铜以及杂质元素(As、Pb、Zn)迁移分布规律的影响机制.结果表明:随着CaO含量增大,渣中铜含量先升高后降低;As在渣相中占比增大,在冰铜相和气相中占比减小,As在炉渣中主要以砷酸盐的形式存在,CaO促进了As脱除进入渣相中;Pb和Zn在渣相中占比减小,在冰铜相和气相中占比增大.当CaO质量分数从1.25%增加到8%时,炉渣中Pb和Zn的主要存在形式从硅酸盐转变为硫化物,导致更多的Pb和Zn转移进入冰铜中.With the increasing depletion of high-grade copper ore,the raw materials for copper smelting are becoming more complex,and the high impurity elements lead to the low quality of copper products.CaO is a commonly used slagging agent in the process of copper smelting,which has an important influence on the copper content in slag and the removal of impurity element.In this paper,the influence mechanism of CaO on the copper content in slag and impurity elements(As,Pb,Zn)migration and distribution pattern during the production of high grade matte by oxygen-enriched smelting was studied.The results show that with the increase of CaO content,the copper content in the slag initially increases and then decreases.The proportion of arsenic in the slag phase increases,and the proportion in the matte phase and the gas phase decreases.Arsenic mainly exists in the form of arsenate in the slag,and CaO promotes arsenic removal into the slag phase;the proportion of lead and zinc in the slag phase decreases,and the proportion in the matte phase and the gas phase increases.When the CaO content increased from 1.25%to 8%,the main forms of lead and zinc in the slag changed from silicate to sulfide,resulting in more lead and zinc transferring into matte.
