三七根际酚酸自毒物质对两种根腐病致病真菌的化感效应

摘  要:研究了4种酚酸类物质(苯甲酸、阿魏酸、丁香酸、对香豆酸)及其混合酚酸对三七根腐病致病菌腐皮镰刀菌(Fusarium solani)和木贼镰刀菌(Fusarium equiseti)的菌丝生长和孢子萌发的影响,以进一步探明酚酸类自毒物质与三七根际土壤病原菌之间的互作作用.菌丝生长试验表明,高浓度阿魏酸在处理6 d后显著促进了腐皮镰刀菌(F.solani)的菌丝生长,苯甲酸在处理6 d时对腐皮镰刀菌(F.solani)存在低促高抑的浓度效应;同时,1.2~3.6μg/mL的丁香酸在处理3 d和9 d时显著促进了木贼镰刀菌(F.equiseti)的菌丝生长,高浓度苯甲酸对木贼镰刀菌(F.equiseti)呈现出初抑后促的时间效应.半最大效应浓度(EC50)计算结果表明,阿魏酸对腐皮镰刀菌(F.solani)和木贼镰刀菌(F.equiseti)的促进效应最强.孢子萌发试验表明,对香豆酸、0.06~3.6μg/mL浓度的丁香酸和培养后期的苯甲酸均表现出对腐皮镰刀菌(F.solani)孢子萌发的促进作用;且4种酚酸类物质也均表现出对木贼镰刀菌(F.equiseti)的显著促进作用.而混合酚酸对2种致病菌的化感作用不同,且表现出浓度效应,高浓度的混合酚酸在培养9 d时显著抑制了腐皮镰刀菌(F.solani)菌丝的生长,但反而促进了木贼镰刀菌(F.equiseti)菌丝生长;同时,混合酚酸促进了腐皮镰刀菌(F.solani)孢子萌发,但对木贼镰刀菌(F.equiseti)的促进作用在低浓度时更显著.综上,4种酚酸类物质对腐皮镰刀菌(F.solani)和木贼镰刀菌(F.equiseti)的孢子萌发均表现出化感促进效应,但不同的酚酸及其混合酚酸对三七根腐病两种致病菌的互作呈现出随浓度和时间变化的动态效应.The effects of four phenolic acids(benzoic acid,ferulic acid,syringic acid,p-coumaric acid)and their mixed phenolic acids on mycelial growth and spore germination of Fusarium solani and Fusarium equiseti were studied to further explore the interaction between phenolic acids and pathogens in rhizosphere soil of Panax Notoginseng.The mycelial growth test showed that high concentration of ferulic acid significantly promoted the mycelial growth of F.solani after 6 days of treatment,and benzoic acid had a concentration effect of low promotion and high inhibition on F.solani after 6 days of treatment.At the same time,1.2-3.6μg/mL syringic acid significantly promoted the mycelial growth of F.equiseti at 3d and 9d,and high concentration of benzoic acid showed a time effect of initial inhibition and later promotion on F.equiseti.The results of concentration for 50%of maximal effect(EC 50)calculation showed that ferulic acid had the strongest promoting effect on F.solani and F.equiseti.The spore germination test showed that p-coumaric acid,0.06-3.6μg/mL syringic acid and benzoic acid at the later stage of culture all promoted the spore germination of F.solani.The four phenolic acids also showed a significant promoting effect on F.equiseti.The mixed phenolic acids had different allelopathic effects on the two pathogens,and showed a concentration effect.The high concentration of mixed phenolic acids significantly inhibited the mycelial growth of F.solani at 9 days of culture,but promoted the mycelial growth of F.equiseti.At the same time,the mixed phenolic acids promoted the spore germination of F.solani,but the promotion effect on F.equiseti was more significant at low concentrations.In summary,the four phenolic acids showed allelopathic promotion effects on the spore germination of F.solani and F.equiseti,but the interaction of different phenolic acids and their mixed phenolic acids on the two pathogens of P.notoginseng root rot showed a dynamic effect with concentration and time.
