摘 要:凝升泵是核电厂设备冷却水系统的重要设备,巡检中发现3台凝升泵振动异常。凝升泵振动异常会影响机组的安全运行,因此需要对其振动异常原因进行分析并提出应对措施。基于振动测试结果,对凝升泵电机、泵体及附属管线振动特性进行深入分析,并对附属管线开展CFD计算分析,获知凝升泵及其附属管线的振动异常的原因,提出解决凝升泵及其附属管线振动异常的应对措施,为解决核电厂凝升泵振动异常奠定技术基础。The condensate lift pump is an important equipment in the cooling water system of the nuclear power plant,and the abnormal vibration of three condensate lift pumps was found during the inspection.Abnormal vibration of condensate lift pump will affect the safe operation of the unit,so it is necessary to analyze the causes of abnormal vibration and put forward countermeasures.Based on the vibration test results,the vibration characteristics of the condensate pump motor,pump body and auxiliary pipelines are analyzed deeply,and the CFD calculation and analysis of the auxiliary pipelines are carried out,the causes of the abnormal vibration of the condensate pump and its ancillary pipelines are obtained,and the corresponding countermeasures to solve the abnormal vibration of the condensate pump and its ancillary pipelines are put forward,which lays a technical foundation for solving the abnormal vibration of the condensate pump in the power plant.
