摘 要:该文的主要目的是寻求一种有效检测手段,针对钛带卷冷轧起步断带的问题给出指导分析,用于快速指导生产。首先通过对断口不同部位杂质元素氧含量、氮含量的分析,排查熔炼过程中低密度夹杂的质疑;其次通过对断口低载荷力维氏硬度对比分析,查找断口不同部位硬度微小差异。初步得出结论,该断带与LDI没有关系,热轧过程中表面氧残压入是该次断带的主要原因。通过该次分析,可以为带式生产过程中工艺制定提供参考,从源头把控表面质量,保证带式生产的连续性。The main purpose of this paper is to find an effective detection method to guide and analyze the problem of starting strip breaking in cold rolling of titanium strip,which can be used to guide the production quickly.First of all,through the analysis of the oxygen content and nitrogen content of impurity elements in different parts of the fracture,the query of low-density inclusions in the melting process is investigated.Secondly,through the comparative analysis of the low-load Vickers hardness of the fracture,the slight difference of hardness in different parts of the fracture is found.It is concluded that the broken strip has nothing to do with LDI,and the residual pressure of surface oxygen during hot rolling is the main reason for the broken strip.The analysis is expected to provide a reference for the process formulation in the belt production process,control the surface quality from the source and ensure the continuity of the belt production.
