摘 要:氢气具有高能量密度和无碳排放的特性,因而被视为一种理想的能源,燃烧是利用氢能的重要途径之一。通过分析氢气的燃烧特性,总结了应用氢气替代传统能源熔化玻璃过程中存在的3大技术难点:火焰形态不可见、玻璃液面泡沫多和火焰辐射透射能力较弱。针对这3个技术难点,分别采用计算流体动力学(CFD)分析方法、改变火焰气氛,以及加入碎玻璃弥补在熔化过程中氢气燃烧造成缺陷的对策。Hydrogen is regarded as an ideal energy source because of its high energy density and no carbon,and combustion is one of the important ways of hydrogen energy utilization.By analyzing the combustion characteristics of hydrogen,it was concluded that there were three technical difficulties in the application of hydrogen replacing traditional energy sources in glass melting,including invisible flame shape,more foam on the glass surface and weak flame radiation penetration.For these three aspects,computational fluid dynamics(CFD)analysis method,changing the flame atmosphere,and adding cullet to the flame were used to compensate for the defects of hydrogen combustion in glass melting.
