摘 要:已有关于旅游体验真实性的研究在客观真实性、建构真实性、后现代真实性和存在真实性之间争论。文章从价值共创理论出发,关注旅游体验真实性的主体性和互动性。选择清明上河园作为研究案例,通过对游客网络点评资料的分析,以内容分析法识别旅游体验真实性的共创情境,以扎根理论方法抽象出游客的操作性资源及旅游体验真实性共创结果。研究发现:(1)旅游体验真实性共创情境由物理环境、其他人、文化特质、时间、空间、关系六个元素构成;(2)游客的操作性资源包括已有经验、期待和知识,旅游体验真实性共创过程体现在游客对物理环境的凝视、与其他人的互动及对文化活动的参与上;(3)共创结果包括再现真实性、情感真实性、创造真实性和生命历程真实性四个方面。研究结果为历史文化公园管理方进行产品开发和促进游客参与体验真实性共创提供借鉴。Previous researches on the authenticity of the tourism experience debate between objective authenticity,constructed authenticity,postmodern authenticity and existential authenticity.From the perspective of value cocreation,this paper focuses on the intersubjectivity and interactivity of the tourist experience authenticity and holds that touristsexperiential authenticity of historical and cultural theme parks is the result of co-creation between tourists and destinations.Taking Millennium City Park as an example,this paper selects online reviews of tourists as the data for analysis.The content analysis method is used to identify the co-creation situation,and the grounded theory is used to abstract the operant resources of tourists and the co-creation results.The findings show that the co-creation situation is composed of six elements:physical environment,other people,cultural characteristics,time,space and relationship.The operant resources of tourists include their past experience,expectations and knowledge.The co-creation process is embodied in the visitors'gaze at the physical environment,their interaction with others and their participation in cultural activities.Tourists'experiential authenticity of Millennium City Park is multi-dimensional,consisting of reproduction authenticity,emotional authenticity,creative authenticity and life course authenticity.The research offers insights for managing historical and cultural theme parks in product development and promoting visitor's participation in co-creation.
