摘　　要：目的 探究早期应用595 nm脉冲染料激光联合硅酮凝胶对面部术后瘢痕的临床疗效。方法 选择2021年9月-2023年1月徐州医科大学附属医院整形美容科面部术后1~2个月瘢痕患者共60例,随机分为观察组和对照组(n=30)。对照组单用595 nm脉冲染料激光治疗3次,观察组在激光治疗的基础上加用3个月硅酮凝胶。采用温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)对瘢痕形态进行评分,记录患者治疗过程中的不良反应及满意度。结果 治疗前2组VSS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后6个月,2组VSS评分均较治疗前降低,观察组降低更明显(P<0.05);观察组治疗后不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),患者满意度虽高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 早期应用595 nm脉冲染料激光联合硅酮凝胶对面部术后瘢痕疗效显著,不良反应发生率低,可广泛应用于临床。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of early application of 595 nm pulsed dye laser combined with silicone gel for postoperative facial scar.Methods A total of 60 patients with scars 1 to 2 months after facial surgery were selected from the Department of Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery,the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from September 2021 to January 2023.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.The control group was treated with 595 nm pulsed dye laser alone for 3 times,while the observation group was additionally treated with silicone gel for 3 months on the basis of laser treatment.The scar morphology was scored by the Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS)and the adverse reactions during the treatment and the overall satisfaction rate of the patients were recorded.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in VSS scores between the control group and the observation group(P>0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the VSS scores of both groups were decreased compared to before treatment,with a more significant reduction in the observation group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than in the control group(P<0.05),although patient satisfaction rate was higher than that in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions The early application of 595 nm pulsed dye laser combined with silicone gel shows significant efficacy in the treatment of postoperative facial scars,with a low incidence of adverse reactions,making it widely applicable in clinical practice.
