摘 要:准Z源谐振变流器因为存在输入电压范围大、升-降压变换灵活以及高转换效率等优良特性,在光伏发电领域受到广泛关注。然而该谐振变流器包含了诸多电磁功率元件,存在体积大和功率密度低的问题。采用柔性多层带材集成技术,并对集成单元进行仿真分析,仿真结果表明,集成单元运行时的最大总磁通密度为0.33 T,小于磁芯的饱和密度0.47 T,验证了本设计的合理性。The quasi-Z-source resonant converter has received wide attention in the field of photovoltaic power generation because of its excellent characteristics such as large input voltage range,flexible boost-buck conversion and high conversion efficiency.However,this resonant converter contains many electromagnetic power components,which have the problems of large size and low power density.The flexible multilayer strip integration technology is adopted and the integrated unit is simulated and analyzed,and the simulation results show that the maximum total magnetic flux density of the integrated unit during operation is 0.33 T,which is smaller than the saturation density of the magnetic core of 0.47 T.Such a result verifies the reasonability of this design.
