摘 要:为了对建筑物的裂缝进行实时监测,掌握建筑物的裂缝扩展情况及开裂位置对加入导电相材料(钢纤维和纳米炭黑)后智能混凝土的力学性能、导电性能以及自监测性能进行研究,并改变导电相材料的掺量,分析其对抗压强度、电阻变化率等性能指标的影响。结果表明,在满足力学性能和导电性能的前提下,复掺纳米炭黑与钢纤维可以发挥钢纤维长程导电与纳米炭黑短程导电的互补优势,使材料具备良好的自监测性能,且钢纤维掺量为1.50%、纳米炭黑掺量为0.75%时,裂缝自监测性能最佳。To monitor the cracks of the building in real-time,the crack expansion and crack location of the building can be characterized.The experiment explored the mechanical properties,electrical conductivity,and self-monitoring performance of smart concrete after adding conductive phase materials(steel fiber and nano carbon black),and investigated the influence of the content of conductive phase materials on compressive strength,resistance change rate,and other performance indicators.The experimental results show that under the premise of satisfying mechanical properties and electrical conductivity,the composite carbon black nanoparticle and steel fiber can show the complementary advantages of the long-range electrical conductivity of steel fibers and black short-range electrical conductivity of nano-carbon black,so that the material has good self-monitoring performance.The crack self-monitoring performance is the best when the content of steel fiber is 1.5%and the content of nano-carbon black is 0.75%.
