摘  要:温室气体减排是我国实现“双碳”目标的重要手段和实现途径,液化天然气(Liquefied Natural Gas,简称LNG)是天然气在经净化及超低温状态下冷却液化的产物,其主要成分是甲烷(CH_4)。LNG接收站具有接收、储备、再气化、输送天然气的功能,是连接气源与用户的重要桥梁,国家“十四五”规划中首次将甲烷控制纳入五年规划目标,在“十四五”现代能源体系规划中提出,减少油气开采、收集、加工、运输、储存、配送各个环节的甲烷排放。从LNG接收站温室气体排放源识别、减排潜力、节能减排措施方面开展研究,提出了加强LNG接收站甲烷排放控制的对策建议。Greenhouse gas reduction is an important means and approach for China to achieve the"Double Carbon"goal.Liquefied Natural Gas(LNG)is a product of natural gas that is purified and cooled and liquefied at ultra-low temperatures.Its main component is methane(CH4).The LNG receiv-ing station has the functions of receiving,storing,regasifying,and transporting natural gas,and is an important bridge connecting gas sources and users.For the first time,methane control was included in the five-year plan goals in the national"14th Five Year Plan".In the"14th Five Year Plan"modern en-ergy system plan,it is proposed to reduce methane emissions in various links of oil and gas extraction,collection,processing,transportation,storage,and distribution.Research has been conducted on the identification of greenhouse gas emission sources,emission reduction potential,and energy saving and emission reduction measures at LNG receiving stations,and suggestions have been put forward to strengthen methane emission control at LNG receiving stations.
