摘 要:岸堤坍塌的应急防护,特别是岸堤决口的应急封堵,是关系到民众生命财产安全的重大问题,而目前针对岸堤坍塌及决口封堵的系统性研究较为缺乏,岸堤坍塌防护装置较少,决口封堵方法较为单一。通过对不同程度岸堤坍塌应急防护关键技术的研究,提出了一种面向岸堤坍塌全过程的“护-防-堵”应急防护体系。针对不同程度的岸堤坍塌研发了对应的防护措施及装置:对于局部坍塌,使用岸堤土工布防护系统和岸堤防冲浮动坝结构;对于严重坍塌,使用自重挡水单元及岸堤潜在决口的自重挡水系统;对于溃堤决口,采用岸堤决口封闭单元及封闭系统。研究成果可为类似工程处置提供参考。The emergency protection of embankment collapse,especially the emergency closure of embankment breach is a major issue related to the safety of people′s lives and property.But at present,there is a lack of systematic research on embankment collapse and breach plugging,there are few protection devices for embankment collapse,and the breach plugging method is relatively simple.In this paper,a set of emergency protection system for the whole process of embankment collapse was proposed by studying the key technologies of emergency protection for different degrees of embankment collapse.For the local collapse,a geotextile protection structure and floating dam structure was proposed;for the serious collapse,a self-weight water retaining unit and self-weight water retaining system was proposed;for the breach blocking,a bank breach blocking unit and emergency blocking system was proposed.The research results have reference significance for the disposal of similar projects.
