摘　　要：针对铁路旅客接续换乘时无法准确获取下阶段旅程综合交通信息的情况,设计了铁路旅客综合换乘服务信息系统。介绍了该系统的总体架构和关键技术,实现了铁路旅客综合换乘的数据接口管理、数据处理、系统管理和信息展示等功能,能够在方便旅客接续换乘的同时,缓解铁路客运站客运人员的工作压力,减少人力成本,提高工作效率。In response to the situation where railway passengers were unable to accurately obtain comprehensive transportation information for the next stage of their journey during transfer,this paper designed a railway passenger integrated transfer service information system,introduced the overall architecture and key technologies of the system,and implemented functions such as data interface management,data processing,system management,and information display for railway passenger integrated transfer.The system can not only facilitate passenger transfer,but also alleviate the work pressure of railway passenger station personnel,reduce labor costs,and improve work efficiency.
