摘  要:分析产教融合育人机制与德技并修内涵的契合度,找准结合点,探索校企“双元”合作机制,采用工作岗位要求、课程教学体系、职业技能大赛和职业技能等级证书“四融”教学模式,构建“岗课赛证”融合课程体系,打造高水平产教融合平台,系统推进“三教”(教师、教材、教法)改革,实施多元多维综合评价,提高人才培养质量。This thesis analyzes the compatibility between the mechanism of integrating industry and education and the connotation of integrating morality and technology,identifies the connection points,explores the“dual”cooperation mechanism between colleges and enterprises,adopts the“four blends”teaching mode of job requirements,curriculum teaching system,vocational skills competition,and vocational skills level certificate,constructs the“post,course,contest and certificate”integrated curriculum system,creates a high-level platform for integrating industry and education,and systematically promotes the“three educations”reform of teachers,textbooks,and teaching methods,implements multi-dimensional comprehensive evaluation to improve the quality of talent cultivation.
