摘　　要：绕管式换热器管板承受机械载荷来自于管程和壳程的压力,会对管板强度安全带来一定的影响。文章先对管板径向和轴向方向上的应力分布进行分析,并对机械载荷作用下管板应力进行评定,可供化工设备相关人员进行参考。The mechanical load borne by the tube plate of a coiled heat exchanger comes from the pressure of the tube side and shell side,which will have a certain impact on the strength and safety of the tube plate.the article first analyzes the stress distribution in the radial and axial directions of the tube plate,evaluates the stress of the tube plate under mechanical load,which can be used as a reference for personnel related to chemical equipment.
