摘 要:为有效解决矿用液压支架在寒冷地区或低温环境下进行运输、检修时管路内乳化液被冻结,造成管路冻裂、接头损坏等事故。通过向乳化液中加入适当比例的防冻液,选用二聚酸盐作为原料提升防冻液的抗磨润滑性能,选用乙二醇与软化水制配合适比例,提升防冻液耐寒性,选用一元羧酸、二元羧酸、苯并三氮唑衍生物等提升防冻液缓蚀性,经过与液压液的行业标准指标进行对比分析,各项性能均能满足要求,具有良好的防冻效果。In order to effectively solve the mining hydraulic support in the cold area or low temperature environment during transportation,maintenance of the pipeline emulsion is frozen,resulting in pipeline freezing crack,joint damage and other accidents.by adding appropriate proportion of antifreeze to the emulsion,choosing dimeric acid salt as raw material to improve the anti-wear lubrication performance of antifreeze,choosing ethylene glycol to make appropriate proportion with softened water to improve the cold resistance of antifreeze,choosing monocarboxylic acid,binary carboxylic acid,benzotriazole derivatives to improve the corrosion inhibition of antifreeze,after comparison and analysis with the industry standard index of hydraulic fluid,all the properties can meet the requirements and have good anti-freezing effect.
