摘 要:随着我国工业的发展,特别是石油化工的迅猛崛起,我们的化工设备需要众多的高压换热器来完成复杂的工艺流程,这些高压换热器在整个装置中起着关键性环节作用。在设计高压换热器时,常常会忽视一些重要问题,导致设备性能不佳或者安全隐患。针对高压换热器设计中容易忽视的几个问题进行了分析和讨论,包括材料许用应力垮档、球形封头切线位置错误、高压换热器的布管直径过大、高压换热器的结构形式选取等。通过对这些问题的分析,提出了相应的解决方案,以提高高压换热器的性能和安全性。With the development of our country's industry,especially the rapid rise of the petrochemical sector,our chemical equipment requires numerous high-pressure heat exchangers to complete complex process flows.These high-pressure heat exchangers play a critical role in the entire apparatus.When designing high-pressure heat exchangers,important issues are often overlooked,which can lead to poor equipment performance or safety risks.This article analyzes and discusses several issues that are easily neglected in the design of high-pressure heat exchangers,including the use of materials at permissible stress levels,incorrect positioning of the tangent line on spherical heads,oversized tube diameters in high-pressure heat exchangers,and the selection of structural forms for high-pressure heat exchangers.By analyzing these issues,corresponding solutions are proposed to enhance the performance and safety of high-pressure heat exchangers.
