镇域土地集约节约利用评价探索

摘　　要：随着社会经济的不断发展,特色小镇的建设能减少城乡发展的矛盾,推动两者更均衡发展。为了进行小镇土地集约节约利用评价,文章选取马鞍山市花山区互联网小镇为研究区,从集约节约评价、产业辐射效益两方面入手。一方面,通过构建评价指标体系,从公共服务、经济发展、旅游资源3方面分析产业集聚程度的格局情况;另一方面,利用熵权法对小镇周边1 km范围进行产业效益辐射分析,旨在提升小镇的产业辐射效应。结果显示:(1)小镇的产业发展与规划高度吻合,呈现以核心企业带动周边上下游产业相关企业落户;(2)小镇周边的各类型企业逐渐聚集且逐渐增多,周边辐射的产业效益明显增强,数量也呈增加趋势。With the continuous development of the social economy,the construction of characteristic towns can reduce the contradiction between urban and rural development and promote more balanced development.In order to evaluate the intensive and economical use of the town's land,this paper selects the Internet town in Huashan district of Ma'anshan city as the research area,starting from the intensive and economical evaluation and industrial radiation benefits.On the one hand,by constructing an evaluation index system,the pattern of industrial agglomeration is analyzed from three aspects as public services,economic development,and tourism resources.On the other hand,using the entropy weight method to conduct an industrial benefit radiation analysis within 1 km radius around the town,aiming to enhance the industrial radiation effect of the town.The results show that:(1) The industrial development of the small town is highly consistent with the planning,presenting a trend of core enterprises driving the settlement of related enterprises in the surrounding upstream and downstream industries.(2) The various types of enterprises around the town are gradually gathering and increasing,and the industrial benefits radiated by the surrounding area are significantly enhanced,and the number is also showing an increasing trend.
