成瘾记忆与女性毒品滥用者戒毒信心的关系:自尊的中介作用

摘　　要：目的探讨成瘾记忆与女性毒品滥用者戒毒信心的关系,并检验自尊在其中的中介作用。方法选取1所湖北省武汉市强制隔离戒毒机构收治的女性毒品滥用者300名,采用吸毒患者成功戒毒信心量表、成瘾记忆强度量表及Rosenberg自尊量表分别评估女性毒品滥用者的戒毒信心、成瘾记忆及自尊,回收有效问卷295份。采用结构方程模型进行中介效应分析。结果女性毒品滥用者的戒毒信心及各维度得分与成瘾记忆均呈显著负相关(r=-0.15~-0.29,P<0.01),与自尊均呈显著正相关(r=0.36~0.48,P<0.001);成瘾记忆与自尊呈显著负相关(r=-0.19,P=0.001)。成瘾记忆负向预测戒毒信心(β=-0.17,P=0.002),自尊在成瘾记忆与戒毒信心之间起部分中介作用,中介效应值为-0.09(95%CI=-0.15~-0.04,P=0.002)。结论女性毒品滥用者的成瘾记忆可直接作用于其戒毒信心,也可通过自尊间接作用于其戒毒信心。Objective To explore the relationship between addiction memory and abstinence self-confidence among female drug abusers,and to examine the mediating effect of self-esteem between them.Methods 300 female drug abusers admitted to a compulsory drug rehabilitation facility in Wuhan,Hubei Province were selected.The Confidence in Successful Detoxification Scale for Drug Abusers,the Addiction Memory Intensity Scale and the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale were used to assess abstinence self-confidence,addiction memory and self-esteem,respectively.A total of 295 valid questionnaires were collected.The mediating effect was analyzed using structural equation modeling.Results The total score of abstinence self-confidence and the scores of each dimension were negatively correlated with the scores of addiction memory(r=-0.15~-0.29,all P<0.01),and were positively associated with self-esteem levels(r=0.36~0.48,all P<0.001);addiction memory and self-esteem were significantly negatively correlated(r=-0.19,P=0.001);addiction memory negatively predicted abstinence self-confidence(β=-0.17,P=0.002);self-esteem levels partially mediated the relationship between addiction memory and abstinence self-confidence,with a mediating effect value of-0.09(95%CI=-0.15~-0.04,P=0.002).Conclusion Addiction memories of female drug abusers can play a direct role in abstinence self-confidence,as well as an indirect role through self-esteem.
