摘 要:为研究Y_(2)O_(3)的添加对氩弧熔覆原位自生TiC-TiB_(2)增强镍基复合涂层组织与性能的影响,选用Q235钢为基体,利用氩弧熔覆的方法,制备原位自生TiC-TiB_(2)陶瓷颗粒的复合涂层,运用XRD、金相显微镜、SEM、热力学分析等方法分析涂层的微观组织形貌,测试熔覆层的硬度与耐磨性能。实验结果表明,加入一定量的Y_(2)O_(3)可促进形核率,其中添加0.6%Y_(2)O_(3)的涂层组织最为细小,TiC颗粒较多且呈弥散分布,涂层组织更为细小均匀,涂层的硬度及涂层的耐磨性大大提高。This paper aims to investigate the effect of adding Y_(2)O_(3)element on the microstructure and properties of in-situ TiC-TiB_(2)reinforced nickel based composite coatings by argon arc cladding.The study consists of using Q235 steel as the substrate,preparing a composite coating with in-situ TiC-TiB_(2)ceramic particles by argon arc cladding method,observing and analyzing the microstructure of the coating by using XRD,metallographic microscope,SEM,and thermodynamic analysis;and testing the hardness and wear resistance of the cladding layer.The experimental results show that adding a certain amount of Y_(2)O_(3)can promote nucleation rate,among which Y_(2)O_(3)coating with 0.6%content features the smallest microstructure,along with more and dispersed TiC particles,more refined and uniform coating structure,and the hardness and wear resistance of the coating are greatly improved.
