摘 要:在131 dtex/144 f涤纶预取向丝(POY)生产中,使用PPT-100退卷张力测试仪检测POY底层丝的退绕性能指数(PPF),重点考察POY含油率、网络压力、卷绕角、摩擦辊接触压力及超喂率对POY底层丝退绕性能的影响。结果表明:随着涤纶POY含油率、网络压力的增加,POY底层丝的PPF先降低后趋于稳定;随着卷绕角的增加,POY底层丝的PPF先降低后增大;随着摩擦辊接触压力的增加,POY底层丝的PPF逐渐增大;超喂率对POY底层丝的PPF影响不大;选择POY含油率0.37%、网络压力0.08 MPa、卷绕角5.1°、摩擦辊接触压力100 N、超喂率为0,POY底层丝的退绕性能较好。In the production of 131 dtex/144 f polyester pre-oriented yarn(POY),the unwinding performance index(PPF)of POY bottom yarn was measured using a PPT-100 unwinding tension tester.The effects of POY oil content,interlacing pressure,winding angle,friction roller contact pressure and overfeeding rate on the unwinding performance of POY bottom yarn were emphatically investigated.The results showed that the PPF of POY bottom yarn first decreased and then tended to be stable as the oil content and interlacing pressure of polyester POY increased;the PPF of POY bottom yarn first decreased and then increased with the increase of winding angle and gradually increased as the contact pressure of friction rollers increased;the overfeeding rate had little effect on the PPF of POY bottom yarn;and the unwinding performance of POY bottom yarn was good under the conditions as followed:oil content of 0.37%,interlacing pressure of 0.08 MPa,winding angle of 5.1°,friction roller contact pressure of 100 N,and overfeeding rate of 0.
