新质生产力视角下推进安徽经济由“大”向“强”再跨越的路径研究

摘　　要：习近平总书记提出的“新质生产力”这一崭新概念,丰富和发展了马克思主义生产力理论,是对马克思主义政治经济学的重大理论创新。新质生产力不仅能推动产业边际收益递增,还能积聚新动能、塑造新优势、开辟新赛道。安徽应把握新时代发展要求,积极开辟绿色发展赛道提升市场竞争力,开辟数字经济赛道增强新质生产力,开辟融合发展赛道培育产业扩张力,开辟未来产业赛道厚植经济发展潜力,推进安徽经济由“大”向“强”的再跨越。为此,要实施“包容人才”的政策,积极营造“养人养家养业”的环境,吸引、集聚、留住创新人才,为持续发展新质生产力提供人才保障,为安徽经济由“大”向“强”的再跨越培育源源不断的强劲动能。The new concept of"new quality productive forces"proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping enriches and develops Marxist theory of productive forces,which is a major theoretical innovation of Marxist theory of political economy.New quality productive forces can not only promote the marginal benefit increase of industries,but also accumulate new drivers,shape new strengths and open up new arenas.Anhui should grasp the development requirements of the new era,actively open up green development arenas to improve market competitiveness,open up digital economy arenas to improve new quality productive forces,open up integrated development arenas to enhance industrial expansion,and open up future industry arenas to deepen the potential of economic development,so as to promote the great leaps of Anhui's economy.Therefore,we should implement talent inclusiveness policies,create an environment that is desirable to live and work in,attract,gather and retain innovative talents,provide talent guarantee for the sustainable development of new quality productive forces,in order to cultivate the strong driver for the great leaps of Anhui's economy.
