摘　　要：功勋荣誉表彰制度是社会主义核心价值观建设的重要载体。从其基本特征来看,这一制度体现了国家意志与公民意志的统一、文化传承与时代发展的统一、坚持以德为先与突出功绩导向的统一,鲜明彰显了社会主义核心价值观。从其价值追求来看,这一制度能够发挥价值引领与价值导向作用,协调价值理想与价值规范,促进价值体系的整体性与层次性统一,是社会主义核心价值观的深刻熔铸。从其作用路径来看,这一制度是对价值观的人格化诠释、仪式化呈现,为培育和弘扬社会主义核心价值观提供规范保障,是对社会主义核心价值观的生动传播。The Award System of Medals and Honorary Titles plays an important role in the construction of core socialist values.In terms of its basic characteristics,the system is a unification of the will of the state and the will of the people,aunification of cultural inheritance and the development of the times,and a unification of giving greater priority to virtues and focusing on one's achievement,and it distinctly manifests core socialist values.In terms of its pursuit of value,the system can play a leading role in value construction,reconcile value ideals and value norms,and promote the integrity and hierarchy of value system,which embodies the spirit of core socialist values.In terms of its implementing approaches,the system is the personalized interpretation and ritualized presentation of core values,providing legal protection for their cultivation,and it vividly demonstrates core socialist values.
