穴位贴敷联合宣肺化痰汤辅助治疗儿童支气管肺炎的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨穴位贴敷联合宣肺化痰汤辅助治疗儿童支气管肺炎的效果。方法:纳入2018年12月至2022年12月许昌市人民医院70例支气管肺炎患儿,按随机数表法分为研究组和对照组各35例。两组均接受西医常规治疗,对照组在此基础上内服宣肺化痰汤,研究组在对照组基础上加用穴位贴敷。治疗7 d后比较两组临床疗效、症状改善时间、炎性因子水平及不良反应情况。结果:研究组总有效率(97.14%)相较对照组(77.14%)明显更高(P<0.05);研究组患儿各症状改善时间短于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,两组肿瘤坏死因子α、超敏C反应蛋白、白介素6均明显降低,其中研究组降低更为显著(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均未出现不良反应。结论:穴位贴敷联合宣肺化痰汤辅助治疗儿童支气管肺炎疗效可观,能缩短症状改善时间,减轻炎性反应,且安全性好。Objective:To explore the effect of acupoint application combined with Xuanfei Huatan Tang as an auxiliary treatment for pediatric bronchopneumonia.Methods:A total of 70 children with bronchopneumonia at Xuchang People's Hospital from December 2018 to December 2022 were included.They were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 35 cases in each group,using a random number table method.Both groups received routine Western medicine treatment,while the control group received Xuanfei Huatan Tang orally on this basis.The study group also received acupoint patches on top of the control group.After 7 days of treatment,the clinical efficacy,symptom improvement time,inflammatory factor levels,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group(97.14%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.14%)(P<0.05).The improvement time of various symptoms in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Tumor necrosis factorα,hypersensitive Creactive protein and interleukin-6 were significantly decreased in both groups compared with before treatment,especially in the study group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred during the treatment of both groups.Conclusion:The combination of acupoint application and Xuanfei Huatan Tang has a significant therapeutic effect in the auxiliary treatment of pediatric bronchopneumonia,which can shorten the time for symptom improvement,reduce inflammatory reactions,and is safe.
