益脑复健胶囊联合纤溶酶治疗急性脑梗死的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨益脑复健胶囊联合纤溶酶治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析,收集2019年11月至2020年5月于我院采用纤溶酶治疗的49例急性脑梗死患者的临床资料,纳入对照组;收集同期益脑复健胶囊联合纤溶酶治疗的49例急性脑梗患者资料,纳入观察组。两组均治疗14 d。对比治疗前、治疗14 d两组的氧化应激指标[超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide Dismutase。SOD)、组织型纤溶酶原激活物(Tissue—type plasminogen activator,t-PA)]水平、血液流变学指标(红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原、血浆黏度)及治疗期间的不良反应。结果:治疗14 d,两组的SOD、t-PA水平均明显高于治疗前,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原、血浆黏度水平均低于治疗前,且观察组较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组不良反应总发生率无显著差异。结论:益脑复健胶囊联合纤溶酶治疗急性脑梗死可以改善氧化应激指标及血液流变学,且不增加不良反应。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Ynaofujian capsule combined with fibrinolytic enzyme in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods:The clinical data of 49 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated with plasminase in our hospital from November 2019 to May 2020 were collected and included in the control group.The data of 49 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated with Ynao Fujian capsule combined with plasminase were collected and included into the observation group.Both groups were treated for 14 days.Oxidative stress indexes[(Superoxide Dismutase(SOD))and tissue-type plasminogen activator(t-PA)]were compared between the two groups before treatment and 14 days after treatment.levels,hemorheological indicators(hematocrit,fibrinogen,plasma viscosity)and adverse reactions during treatment.Results:After 14 days of treatment,SOD and t-PA levels in 2 groups were significantly higher than before treatment,and observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).The levels of hematocrit,fibrinogen and plasma viscosity in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the overall incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment.Conclusion:Yinao Fujian capsule combined with fibrinolytic enzyme can improve the oxidative stress index and hemorheology in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,and does not increase the adverse reactions.
