复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏辅助阿维A胶囊治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏辅助阿维A胶囊治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效。方法:选取我院2021年1至2023年1月期间诊治的100例寻常型银屑病患者作为研究对象。随机将患者分成对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组采用阿维A胶囊进行治疗;观察组采用复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏辅助阿维A胶囊治疗,两组均治疗2 m。观察比较治疗2 m后两组的临床疗效,生活质量以及治疗期间不良反应。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组患者皮肤病生活质量指数评分均下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较未见明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏辅助阿维A胶囊治疗寻常型银屑病,能提高临床疗效和生活质量,且不增加治疗期间的不良反应。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of compound clobetasol propionate ointment in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with aditacin capsule.Methods:100 patients with psoriasis vulgaris diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.Patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with advil A capsule.Observation group was treated with compound clobetasol propionate ointment and aditamate A capsule,and both groups were treated for 2 months.The clinical efficacy,quality of life and adverse reactions of the two groups after 2 months of treatment were observed and compared.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the skin disease life quality index scores of both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compound clobetasol propionate ointment assisted with Avitamate A capsule in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris can improve clinical efficacy and quality of life,and does not increase the adverse reactions during treatment.
