摘 要:针对矿井瓦斯抽采达标评判存在的人员工作量大、自动化程度低、监管难度大等问题,基于抽采管网参数感知、抽采数据挖掘分析、综合可视化展示等技术,开展瓦斯抽采效果单元动态达标评价系统构建研究,设计了系统总体架构,构建了全流程抽采效果单元动态达标评价体系、抽采系统异常分析模型,实现全流程的抽采达标智能评判。现场应用表明,系统实现了工作面抽采效果单元达标评价的可视化、动态化,极大地提升了瓦斯抽采精细化管理水平。In response to the problems of high workload,low automation level and difficult supervision in gas extraction compliance evaluation in mines,based on technologies such as parameter perception of extraction pipeline network,mining and analysis of extraction data,and comprehensive visualization display,the construction of dynamic compliance evaluation system for gas extraction effect of units was carried out.The overall system architecture was designed,and the whole-process dymatic compliance evaluation system for the gas extraction effect of units and the abnormal analysis model for the pumping system were constructed,realizing intelligent compliance evaluation of the whole process of extraction.Field application indicates that the system has achieved visualization and dynamic compliance evaluation of the gas extraction effect of units in the working face,and greatly improved the refined management level of gas extraction.
