摘  要:随着新型电力系统的建设,电力系统“双高”“双峰”风险频现,电力系统资源调节能力不足、保供电压力较大等问题日益突出。充分调动需求侧负荷资源参与电力市场,做好需求侧负荷资源调控技术保障与策略支持,是当前保障安全、有序用电以及缓解电力系统压力的重中之重。在此基础上,针对目前需求侧负荷资源参与电力市场调控的现状,将需求侧负荷资源中的可调控负荷资源按响应速度、响应方式与终端类型进行进一步划分,分析了高级计量架构、远程通信技术、智能控制技术3种常用的需求侧负荷调控关键技术以及集中式与分布式2种需求侧负荷调控策略,旨在为智能电网背景下的需求侧负荷资源参与负荷调控提供更多参考。With the construction of the new power system,the"double high"and"double peak"risks occur frequently in power system,and the problems such as insufficient adjustment ability of the power system resources and large power supply pressure are becoming increasingly prominent.How to fully mobilize demand-side load resource to participate in the electricity market,and do a good job of providing technical support and strategic support for demand-side load resource regulation is the current top priority to ensure security andorderly power consumption,and ease the pressure on the power system.On this basis,the current situation of demand-side load resource participation in power market regulation was focused on,the demand-side load resource were further divided according to response speed,response mode and terminal type,and three commonly used key demand-side load regulation technologies,namely,advanced metering infrastructure,remote communication technology and intelligent control technology,as well as centralized and distributed load regulation strategies were analyzed,with the aim of providing more references for the participation of demand-side load resource in load regulation under the background of smart grid.
