摘 要:针对煤矿排水系统与通风系统安全风险问题,以A煤矿为例,介绍煤矿排水与通风系统安全风险评估与管控策略制定方法。根据矿山实际情况,分别选取煤矿排水系统与通风系统安全风险因素,利用BN (Bayesian Network,贝叶斯网络)联合AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process,层次分析法)的方式对各指标权重进行分析,之后将各指标权重依次排列,以此判断各指标在矿山排水系统与通风系统运行中的影响程度,最后根据确定的主要影响因素,制定出相应的安全风险管控策略,使煤矿排水系统与通风系统安全、稳定运行。确认该方法具有一定的应用价值。In view of the safety risk of coal mine drainage system and ventilation system,taking A Coal Mine as an example,the formulation method of safety risk control strategy for coal mine drainage and ventilation system was introduced.According to the actual situation of the mine,the safety risk factors of the coal mine drainage system and ventilation system were selected respectively,and the weight of each index was analyzed by using the method of BN(Bayesian Network)combining with AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process),and then the weight of each index was arranged successively.Based on this,the influence degree of each index in the operation of mine drainage system and ventilation system was judged.Finally,according to the determined main influencing factors,the corresponding safety risk control strategy was formulated to make the coal mine drainage system and ventilation system operate safely and stably.It is confirmed that the method has certain application value.
