摘 要:低挥发分燃煤火力发电机组的制粉系统通常选用双进双出钢球磨煤机正压直吹式制粉系统。采用双进双出钢球磨煤机制粉系统存在电耗高、噪声大、经济性差等问题。随着电力工业的发展和煤炭市场的变化,很多燃煤发电机组燃用的煤质与设计煤种偏差较大。结合工程实例,对低挥发分燃煤机组的制粉系统改造进行了详细的技术经济性分析,对同类机组有重要的指导意义。The pulverizing system of low volatile coal-fired power generation units usually adopts the positive pressure direct blowing pulverizing system of double-ended ball mill.There are many problems such as high power consumption,loud noise and poor economy in the double-ended ball mill pulverizing system.With the development of the power industry and the change of the coal market,the quality of coal used in many coal-fired power generation units has a large deviation from the designed coal.Based on engineering examples,a detailed technical and economic analysis was conducted on the transformation of the pulverization system of low volatile coal-fired units,which has important guiding significance for similar units.
